The Saracen's Head Logo Details of the last day's performances of the Play and particularly the music session that completes the 2011 season

The last peformance of the Warburton Souling Play for 2011will take on the format of the previous years with a performance at the Warburton Autumn Fair. This takes place inside Warburton Church on Bent Lane in Warburton. The fair opens at 2.00pm and we will be performing at 2.3pm inside the church. This must one of the few traditional plays in the country that is allowed to do so and thus we alway feel very proud of the honour.

After retiring to the Saracen's Head for a short time we later head out to Bollington where we'll do the Swan with Two Nicks. After this it's into Statham for the Star at 7.30pm and thence to Lymm to perform in the Spread Eagle at around 8.10pm. Over to Heatley next to the Green Dragon where we'll be at 8.45pm.

Then you'll find us heading down Bent Lane to the Saracen's Head for the last performance of the season. We'll be there at 9.30pm or as close after then as our weary legs with allow us. After that you'll find a cracking good music session, fine ales and a generally cracking good evening. All are welcome so please do come along, you won't regret it.
